By operating a microsite on Plateform you remain the controller of your content. Back of the Envelope B.V. provides the hosting engine and reserves the right to intervene if your usage violates the law or our acceptable-use expectations. These terms may evolve as the product grows; we will alert owners when the version changes and ask you to accept the latest terms at sign-in.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the copy, assets, and data you publish through Plateform. Back of the Envelope B.V. is not the publisher of your microsite content and is not liable for third-party claims arising from it.
You agree not to use Plateform for prohibited or harmful activity, including distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, or violating privacy regulations. We may suspend or remove any site that we reasonably believe violates these expectations.
Back of the Envelope B.V. may disable access to a site at its discretion to protect the platform or comply with legal requests. We will notify the account owner when feasible and work with you to remedy the issue.
Add-on usage and subscription fees continue to accrue according to your pricing plan. If invoices are unpaid we may pause access to your microsites until the account is brought current.
When these terms change we will highlight the new version and require you to accept it before accessing the dashboard again.
