Plateform captures only the account information required to operate your workspace (name, email, authentication metadata) and the site content you choose to publish. We do not sell or broker customer data. We may update this policy over time and will notify account owners when the version changes.
Operational data—account credentials, billing identifiers, site configuration—is processed inside the European Union and retained only for as long as your account remains active or the law requires.
When you delete a site we mark it for removal immediately and permanently purge the underlying data from production backups within 30 days.
We only access customer content to troubleshoot issues you report or to comply with lawful requests. You may export or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@botelabs.io.
Each customer is responsible for the visitor data they collect on their microsites. If you capture end-user information you must publish your own notices that comply with the jurisdictions where you operate.
When we update this privacy policy we notify account owners and may require you to re-consent the next time you sign in.
